Grumpy, I'll add the image from my invoice/receipt here. They do note the specific battery unit needing to be replaced, my contact at Chapman said Ford was very fast with shipping them the replacement cell.

I think Chapman is really trying to be the place to go for EVs in the Phoenix area. Good on them for getting that done in a few days. I've always thought the 10 day repair for that was super excessive, most of that has got to be the queue to get in to service and shipping. Chapman may be trying to keep some battery modules on hand or at least strong-arming the supplier to get better about shipping them.
