That's a good perspective, Taxman. I'm going to take this as an anomaly, still love my Lightning.
Grumpy, I'll add the image from my invoice/receipt here. They do note the specific battery unit needing to be replaced, my contact at Chapman said Ford was very fast with shipping them the replacement cell.
