I’m still setting mine to a one time charge of 90% every day. Still can’t set a charge location. Sucks. No solution seems to be coming soon.

Same here and have forgotten a few times at home at had to take it out and burn down from a 100%..

Try a 12v disconnect

Already tried. No luck. Still won't allow for saving a charging location and setting a charge limit unless it's a one-time thing.

Has anyone found a solution to the “target charge” issue?

Mine started working the day after I contacted @Ford Motor Company. I don't know if it was a coincidence.

I'm not convinced they did anything. I haven't heard back from them since I followed up. The new regime seems to be more responsible than the last one but communication isn't their strong suit. A low volume niche vehicle probably isn't high on their priority list.

You've answered your own question, but I've read a few members post who have received positive interactions, there has been a changing of the guard as to who is monitoring the official account, so maybe it'll get better.
