I had the Battery Monitor Sensor Replacement and Parking Sensor CSP taken care of by a Ford Dealership where I was visiting (they sent someone out to house). I had been unable to do the Power Up 6.8 update because of the Battery Monitor Sensor. Now I am back home and I notice that in the Ford app it is still showing the 2 CSP Alerts. Also when I go on my software update screen in shows Power Update 6.8 as Download! Not Completed. I don't want to have to go to my local dealer because they will keep my truck for days. Any way to solve this that I can do myself? Thanks.

Sometimes it takes a few days to the mothership logs to update with the recent repairs, if it hasn't cleared call the service manager to see if they can resolve the issue at their end without having to put hands on your truck.

Dean's advice to you is on-target, the 6.8.0 release must have expired on the server, all you can do is wait for re-issuance

Got 6.8 fine but had 6.14 fail for some random non-battery related reason. Waited 3-4 weeks with no re-try so I gave up and went the FDRS route.

Generally that is due to the LV battery SOC being too low, below 80%.
There have been several threads about that.
The answer that worked for me was to plug the truck into the FCSP and charge it up to 90% with the truck on but locked and with all accessories off (lights radio heat etc) also with ProPower on-board off and the timed shut down off so the truck stays on.
At the end of the charging to 90% I went into my truck and told it to update now, and within 1/2 hour the update I had been missing was installed successfully.
There may be other ways to get the LV battery up to the necessary level but just driving it did not work for me.
Some us a trickle charger but that can take a long time and has to be hooked up to the battery correctly (if you use the jumper terminals inside the Frunk upper side panel that is correct way to trickle charge the battery).

Good luck.
