Powered Subwoofer (JL Audio) fitment

Think I have decided on the powered JL audio. Read lots of good things. They have an 8", 10", and a 12" available. Can anyone confirm if how either of these fit if you have them?

@skyak installed the 8" microsub. The 10" Powerwedge is about the same size. I doubt the 12" fits behind the seat.

I plan on installing the 10" Powerwedge this spring.

Wow...thanks for sharing that post...was looking for something like that. Id Like to go with the 12' of that version, but not sure it would fit. Found this Dual 12' last night so I may try that first. Most of these sites have some sort of satisfaction guarantee so I will start with that then trade up if not happy. at least the wire will be run already.

I have a Pro, 6 speaker system. I connected direct to 12v battery and a Keyloc line level converter. I installed the remote volume control knob in the steering column, near where the traditional key hole would be.

Hi,I just ordered a Rockville SS10P under seat sub,I want to make sure I hook it up properly to factory sub/amp.I am a little unsure( manual shows high level hook up to both right/left speaker outputs only}.I emailed Rockville to clarify and when they respond I will let you know what they say.

I installed this in my SUV. Got the inputs from the front 2 speakers and connected them to sub’s high level inputs and it worked fine. Don’t need a remote input. It worked well for me as I was looking for more mids.

I am thinking of doing the 10” subwoofer combo. What did you settle on?

Did a LOT of searching around and went with this.

Be sure to get that LC2i Pro LOC (do not go with cheaper one). Also get a bass knob. You will need it becuase some songs it will be too much bass.

Oh...i did have the under seat storage but I removed it, so now there are 4 bolts sticking up, but not a big deal. The pic above is not my photo but a review from amazon...you can see the bolts sticking up there.
