Can you please send over a private message with your VIN and the name/location of your local Ford dealer to get started?My Lightning has been with the dealer going on 4 weeks now. Had the alert 3 times and then had to get it towed. Had the truck for about 40 days. I did the whole 12 volt battery thing and it would work for a day and eventually just stopped working. According to the service department they said it’s the charging module that is defective and causing the fault. Long story short the part is back ordered with no delivery date in site. Dealer said they are trying to expedite with Ford HQ, but they are not budging. Dealer was hoping Ford would agree to pull the part from the assembly line and ship for replacement. I could be so lucky if that happens. In the meantime I am in rental that isn’t my truck. Love the truck, but worried this could go on for 2-3 months… possibly longer. I have seen others with similar issues but none have disclosed how it went once it got to the dealer.
