Pre Departure Conditioning on App does not happen

On the Pass App, went to Energy>Departure Time and put in the time I planned to depart for a preconditioning in the morning. Today is the morning and nothing happened and no evidence of a pre departure conditioning. What did I do wrong?

I mean I do not think I did anything wrong or did I? I just put in my departure time and the rest should auto start shouldn’t it? Out of curiosity, what button did you push when you noticed the pre conditioning did not happen?

Mine is working ok this morning.

After shutting down (force stopping) the app and reloading the app to confirm no latency in vehicle status, I clicked the large button with the fan image on the Vehicle tab.

After about 20-30 seconds the button showed the animated fan icon indicating the climate system had started.

Remote start worked perfectly yesterday.

BTW, the setup process is a bit convoluted, make sure you've set up the time & conditions screen and click SAVE. Also verify that the OFF PLUG switch is ON if your truck was unplugged, If you want to create another routine for a different time frame, click the + [plus] icon and begin building the new scheme, remember to click save to commit it to the cloud.

I added an afternoon routine to see how it works later today and the rest of the week.

Afternoon departure event worked perfectly.

The departure time event did not start the truck this morning, I manually started it after confirming the tail lamps were not lit, I sent a lock command which worked, then pushed the start climate button.

I set the departure time last night and, again, nothing happened this morning. With my Tesla, everything worked every time.

Are you plugged in overnight?
If so, is your EVSE limiting energy availability around the 7:30 am time frame ie. {OFF} ?

Yes, plugged in, I turn off the environmental since the temps here are mild

Mine won't save the departure time. After adding the new departure time, it spins for a bit then stays on the Add Departure Time screen. If I leave and come back, it's not saved. This is the Android version of Ford pass.

mine always saves but does not activate at the designated time
