OK @TaxmanHog I did a factory reset and was able to get the station connected to my wifi. When I go to add the station with the exact station ID and password I am getting a "chargepoint not found" notification.

Wait 24 hours and try the manual add process again tomorrow

Also try setting your phone to normal cell network connection instead of house wifi

Thanks @TaxmanHog the chargepoint is accessible through the Ford Chargepoint app, but it will not play nicely with the Fordpass app. I've logged out and back in...I am continually getting "chargepoint not found" when the Fordpass app tries to add it. Frustrating. I will reach out to customer support unless you have any additional ideas.

Interesting - I guess it's been down for at least 24 hours because I've been having this problem for the past day+ Thanks for the heads up

Right, everything is working perfectly for me, while others are struggling, hopefully the back end issues are resolved soon.

Apparently the servers are still down. I called Ford customer support this morning and had to wait 30 minutes with a very bored and condescending customer service rep to finally tell me that the servers were down.
