Pro transformed to XLT/Lariat Lightning - my DIY build

My goal was to transform my 23 pro into a budget XLT/Lariat. I was able to add some features my truck was missing thanks to trail blazers on this forum, glare free headlights, remote front windows down, bed lighting, passive keyless entry/lock, door keypad, front light bar, and adaptive cruise . All the paint matching on the handles, mirrors and bumpers was rattle can in my driveway. If anyone would like additional info let me know, I'll share some links and part numbers below.

How difficult was this? Did you run into issues with fit? I've been interested in potentially trying to do ventilated seats in addition to switching to heating on my XLT (cloth).

Not really hard just time consuming. I did run into an issue with one cover. It was missing a zipper. The seller replaced it asap. They fit awesome.

Me too, it took some hunting to find the grille. Everything else was pretty available.

A question on the tail gate letters. Where did you get them and how close is the blue to the picton blue used in the Lightning logo? My XLT is white also, and I have been searching for the letter inserts and your look to match the color pretty closely from what I can see in the pics.

Thanks! It's pretty close, a bit darker. I got it off Etsy. I think another member posted about it. Here's the link. I did Matte Black with lightning Blue outline.

I thought about this... but where they really really get you is the seats. I just couldn't live without the XLT seats with Heat. Any plans to try and upgrade yours?
