Production Milestone Cheat Sheet

Below is a partial list of milestones after ordering (Please revise and update in a follow-up post):

Scheduled For Production (ford.com/buy/manage), now more than just an order

Build Week (shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking), the currently scheduled week of the "Blend"

VIN (via email), this and your 4 digit order code are used for tracking, call your dealer for both

Window Sticker available (https://www.windowsticker.forddirect.com/windowsticker.pdf?vin=)

Invoice Date (on the window sticker), date sticker is first issued (or finalized if changed?)

Blend Day (on the window sticker), the day the body joins the frame

"In Production" status (shop.ford.ca/vehicleordertracking), build will be in process

Modules Populated (motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt), code has been loaded on the truck

Tear Tag (https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt), base code is finalized

"Activate Vehicle" button (in Fordpass app), prompts truck user to enable your app access

"Built" status (shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking), production is complete, ready to ship

"Estimated Delivery" window (shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking)

"Shipped" status (shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking)

"Delivered to Dealer" status (shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking)

"Final Prep" status (shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking)

You might add "reserve" (mine is 5/19.2021), "place order" (mine is o6/14/2022) and "order confirmed by dealer" (mine is 06/15/2022).

How long each step takes is important to me.

This could be a great resource for some of us OCD types.
