Hi! How about 1FTVW1EV6PWG59027? Been a struggle…

Truck is on the latest Sync version and you have a healthy OTA history. Matter of fact, you have a DSP update in your queue trying to install right now that has failed a few times due to low battery capacity. The charge itself is good being reported at 90%, but capacity is low at 17 of 35. Throw a charger on it overnight, or drive it for a good 20-30 minutes with the a/c fan speed set on 5 to force the LVB to get charged.

Not at all. You got three OTA's end of June/early July last one being 6.4.0. It's only been a month since your last update. That's not a long time in terms of how these things work.
