That's an odd, and expensive, part to have in stock. Glad it worked out for you.
I think the dealer may be a regional parts warehouse, so I’m not shocked they have it.

All fixed under warranty. The dealer even offered me a loaner for no charge, but I didn’t need it. They did great! It was nice to experience a dealer who really seemed to care about their customers.

Same with my driver rear tail light, noticeable condensation inside. No cracks. The truck was just bought last month.

This is really sad to hear that this is still happening. I heard of this happening as early as July 22. The rear light bar on the tailgate on my truck has also been replaced three times. Those were failing due to micro cracks in the plastic. It would be my guess thats the same thing that is happening to the tail lights.

I have the same problem while driving -oddly enough, turning the truck off and back on again "resolved" the issue before it came back again. It seems to be related to moisture as this has only happened during the rain. I feel kinda' stupid taking it into the dealer and wasting time with them not being able to reproduce the problem. And waiting for a rainy day AND having the problem the problem come up will likely be erased by the time I drop it off at the dealer. Hoping for a forced "Recall" or TSB instead -kind of like the rear light-bar. Did any lightbars actually fail?
