Reservation Screen Changed- Locked into specific trim

The rumor of waves based on reservation extension sucks. I clicked on xlt back in wave 4 when I decided to push my reservation after they locked ER behind an expensive option package. Now what I want is a pro since I decided I can live with a SR truck and the SR XLT makes no sense to me value wise. I didn’t think it mattered what I clicked on then as they both had the same link text under them. Guess between that rumor the possible axing of atlas blue, I’ll be praying for an extension to 2024. Sigh.

If it helps, my reservation was for an XLT. I didn’t even remember selecting that as an option when I put the $100 down on launch night but everything I had displayed XLT.

When I went to order, it preselected the XLT for me, but I placed an order for the Pro.

so i havent been invited to order but my dealer did put me down for a Lariat ER before wave 7 (no luck) but now my page says xlt. The weird part though is on the reservation page it now says " We received your reservation and deposit payment for an exciting new F-150 LIGHTNING XLT. We will reach out when it is time to finalize your order." Kinda odd.

Do any reservation holders have no specific trim called out on their reservation page at the moment?

Well my reservation just disappeared as of today. So I suppose technically I don't have a trim called out. But I called the dealership and they still have my reservation in their system so maybe a site glitch?

Mine now says XLT as well, both on the normal reservation page and the backdoor link, and I haven't talked to anyone about a trim level.

If i remember correctly, before wave 1 orders went out everyone's reservation said XLT. Maybe this is an indicator that order banks are opening soon.

Also, for ford Canada the backdoor way in to see status doesn't load today and if you try to look at reservations on the normal page this shows up.

Yep, same here, never been invited to convert my first day reservation to an order, but y’all made me check, still not invited, and it does say reservation for XLT. We’ll see!

My 2nd reservation extended still says Pro! It’s for my father, he says he will order XLT if out of Pro for 2023.

Same thing here. I'll be in the 2023 crowd, and I've never talked to anyone about my desired trim. Funny thing is, the XLT is the last trim I would get. Pro or Lariat for me.

Mine has also changed to XLT, but I have not spoken with my dealer on months. I only have a reservation no order.

I extended for a pro, and my reservation page says pro. Sounds like if you didn't extend for a specific trim, XLT is just the placeholder.

Mine was like this when I ordered, however I was still able to pick the trim I wanted.
