Im hoping all the reduced power stop vehicle now warnings were all just symptoms of defective electrode alignment and not anything else. If that is the case, then we should all be happy Ford finally found the problem with the bad modules.
More than likely not related if you are able to charge to 80 and drive without any wrenches popping up. There is a DC to AC converter for PPO that may be the issue.I performed a Pro Power Onboard test today and received an immediate fault. Then the message you got was ok. That message pops up when you do the ground fault test and it's successful. Message even says that. Has nothing to do with your High Voltage battery.
This is so confusing & disappointing. Ford stated in March 15, 2023 the cause of the original truck fire was "cathode aluminum tabs contacted the anode electrode material, causing an internal short circuit when the cells were at a high state of charge." The same reason given now for 25S18.
