Used a magic dock in Rockland ME this morning. Even though these cables are longer on the V4 cabinets it was tight and I couldn’t get the charge to initiate by taking up one parking space. I got it working by taking two spaces. Still then the charge rate was only 88 kW.

Did you get other pics, like where the Magic Dock typically is stored? That is a v4 and have not seen one of those with a Magic Dock. All previous pictures are of v3. When not in use does the wand stay plug into the Magic Dock?

The magic dock / NACS connector are stored on the right side of the cabinet

The Foxborough (Foxboro), Mass location opened today, might test it later.
This is a Magic Dock location.

Charging test completed, NACS P&C service not available, but it can be used via the TESLA app and enrolled charging account, you can use the 'Magic-Dock' adapter or use your 'NACS to CCS1' adapter, which is what I did with this test.

The station had been visited by a few other folks, a guy who does landscaping nearby mentioned he seen a variety come and go through the day, none stayed very long on the terminal that I was plugged into, he thinks they were having troubles charging.

The transformer meter shows only a small amount of energy delivered prior to my visit,

I really didn't need a charge at around 71% starting and ending at 84%, took on 19 KWH.

On the drive there I tried pre-conditioning the battery by selecting a EA station that was just a few miles uptown, I don't have a data logger so not certain that was working, temps were mild mid 60's already so not really a need for it, but after 2 minutes of charging it was drawing 116KW, mostly due to already high SOC. I forgot to grab a screen shot before ending the session and disconnecting but at that point is was only pulling about 56KW before I pushed the unlock button.

Tesla app log showed 19 KW in 14 minutes 25 seconds for an average rate of 79 KW, pricing shows 50 cents a KWH, the receipt breaks it down as 47 cents / kWh energy fee, then sales tax rate of 6.25% added $0.03 / brings it to net $0.50 rounded from [$0.499375]

Terminals are closely positioned to each other, but no poles are in the way and I was able to park close enough to make the cable reach with my brand new Ford adapter.

BTW, a Teslarati stopped in to try it out, he had never seen the Magic-Dock adapter, but figured it out after a minute that all he had to do is pull it out just like V2 stations and non-adapted V3 stations.

Tried the Foxborough location this morning - no issues using my A2Z adapter. I didn't see the option to unlock the Magic Dock in the Tesla app, but might have missed it.

IIRC, you press on the NACS button for 2 sec. then push upward then pull downward to unlatch the magic-dock
