Tesla Supercharger network now up to 66 locations with Magic Dock (4/17/24)

Looks like a Magic Dock location is under development not to far up the road from me.
I don't anticipate using it frequently, but in a hauling trip it's a welcome addition to my options.
The record in this database references a Jan 2023 date, I wonder if it's now active???

Drive by this evening as noted above, lot was plowed of the recent snowfall, still no meter and the primary transformer feeder fused connections are still open.

New Magic Dock location

Tried this one out last weekend. Easy to use and they have one at the end that’s a pull along but not thru, that I used. 120Kw so nothing to write home about there.

Not location related but thought it worth mentioning here that in a recent Out Of Spec podcast, Kyle said that all Magic Docks are now outputting 500A. Meaning, we should be able to get our full charge rate as well.

Still no activity at the Foxborough/Mansfield MA Supercharger. Stopped this morning on my way from the Tiverton RI Chargepoint NACS station.

I can say we used the one on Mackinaw City, MI two weeks ago tripping to the UP and it was a god send before crossing the bridge and coming back. Although we did find out later that there is a hotel "Adoba Hotel Naubinway" that has a Tesla Destination charger. Good place to stay, next time.

I stopped by again today, they have what appears to be bridging shunts in place, the transformer has a hum to it and the cooling fins are mildly warm, not sure if that's because we got to nearly 60 today.

12 stations are ready to go, they just need to finish the inspection and put the site online!

Well we have a meter now at the 4 Fisher Street, Foxboro Mass, location of a Tesla Magic Dock facility.

Still not activated, no one is charging there but the meter is live with ZERO KWH dispensed, wondering if it will go live soon?

Why is it called Magic Dock?

It’s actually Apple sounding. Funky dock, multi-dock and of course, dil-dock were all rejected.
