Trip Planner - Wont Transfer to Vehicle

I've planned over a dozen trips using the App, but not one has shown up in my vehicle Navigation system. This worked well for me when I had an MMe. I've got good linkage on the other functions in the app. But when I open the Navigation screen and go to Planned Trips - none of the trips I have saved in the App on my phone show up. I use Google Maps though I have an Android phone.

Anyone else encounter this?

I tried it twice but after two unsuccessful attempts I gave up and haven’t tried again.

Yes. But when I select that icon, it doesn't have my saved trips. It has none. So, I have to enter the address in the Nav pane.

I’ll try mine and see if it’s broken too. I haven’t sent one to the truck in a while.

Well mine is working. You must just have a lemon. LOL. I would check if there is maybe one of the connectivity settings turned off. Are you trying to send from google maps? I don’t know how that works because I always use the Ford pass ap to send the route.

I am not sure then. If you’re getting the prompt that it is sending trip to vehicle I’d guess there is a connectivity issue with the truck. You could try turning the connectivity off in the truck and then turning it back on. If that doesn’t work a Ford pass reset from the display may be needed.

I use it all the time, though not since last Friday, I'll do some testing today.

Sometimes problems are related to the FORDPASS server, not our phone or truck.

Do you have 10 trips stored? A while back I tried creating an eleventh trip and couldn't save it .

After building my test trip, I tried for an 11th, no dice.....

I currently have 5 trips saved. I delete the one timers, even though they don't transfer.

I received the latest Power Up OTA, that indicates I have some linkage to Ford's Servers.

I don't think so - The Ford Trip Panner shows up but without showing my trips

Right, but I think he's aware, but to your point and for newbies, the Android auto and google maps are so slow to load and frequently step on top of my immediate efforts to get into Ford Navigation that I have to RESELECT it a couple time after AA simmers down and has fully loaded, personally I find this interruption a PIA, @Ford Motor Company

Perhaps I should disable Android Auto. I have saved my destinations in Navigation to save time, but it lacks the coordination with SOC and routing to charging stops.
