Two EV techs required by Ford?

It is really a shame that these dealers don’t understand what the future is going to be! Granted it may not be coming as fast as some hoped or forecasted but with all the good news coming out about EV battery longevity and EV‘s in general lasting longer, costing much less over their lifetime, etc., it is coming whether you Like it or not! Dealerships should take care of the customers so that they might come back in to buy another vehicle or get new tires, etc. The person that you are helping could own a business with a fleet of trucks you never know!!!

You’re absolutely right. You never know who you’re dealing with. A friend of mine in Ireland said that a man came into a car dealership in Letterkenny and asked how much it would cost to buy 15 of the SUVs they had on offer. The salesman ignored him and wouldn’t even answer him. The man went across the street to another dealer and bought 15 of that companies car and made a point of having them all parked outside the first dealership

I had to take mine to Dyersburg in west tn. 45min drive away. But talking to the service person they have 1 guy who is certified.

I think the consensus is most have 1 EV tech. I’m not convinced they need 2 certified techs to drop the battery. Two people, one EV tech and a helper. But, what do I know. Taking advantage of the iPhones built in call recorder. (Latest iOS version).
