Wave 4 invitation - did you get one??

I got this during Wave 1. Ended up ordering at the dealership. They had to work with their zone rep to get the order in since I could not get access to on line to order or move the reservation to the dealer. By chance, has your dealer changed owners in The last 60 - 90 days?

Don't believe the dealership changed hands. Was able to configure and build after getting the invite on Thursday but wasn't ready to commit the order just then.

Yes, the same thing happened to me. I called ford and they said it was an 'IT problem' and that there was nothing that they could do. They suggested that I order through the dealer. Maybe someone from @Ford Motor Company will see this post and can help. I'd rather not order through the dealer. Seems like something my mom would do.

Glad you got the ER, it's the ticket to your truck qualifying for the Mass MOR-EV-Trucks rebate!!!!

SR trucks are under the weight threshold to qualify

I thought he was joking when he posted that originally, but it's the real deal. That's a nice credit from MASS. Ford should be routing more allocation of Platinums there. Free Platinum upgrade.
Maybe you could swing some factory installed sand bags to move up to the next tier.

Looks like the credits are pretty limited, I need to look into it more.

EDIT: The site says it's for medium and heavy duty trucks. The F-150 is a light duty but if it only goes by GVWR then I suppose it would qualify.

EDIT 2: Apparently I commented on thread about this rebate back in October...ah, getting old is grand!

Holy cow! I didn't even know about that!

I'm waiting for clarification from them now, they have some conflicting information on the web site, but basically all ER models have a GVWR greater than 8501# minimum threshold.

Ask your sales manager for the build sheet on your truck after he converts it into WBDO, we are seeing different numbers for the GVWR in different parts of the country, mine shows 8550, yet a few folks in the south IIRC (TX & FL) were seeing 8401# so that is another concern!!!

Two Rebates have already been applied for, the number was 200 available last week!
If no trucks have been built for retail how could this be?

Answer to my own question, the rebates & vouchers can be reserved in anticipation of a qualified application, once delivery & titling are completed.

To be honest, I'm guessing they won't allow the F-150 in the program because it's a light duty class truck but maybe we can sneak a few through before they realize.

Tried 2 different browsers, another computer, and on my phone with no luck.

Though F150L is light duty, it's curb and payload place it in the entry point of super duty, particularly those of us hauling trailers where pollution increases. I will try anyway, they would benefit by taking my F250 off the road from the "environmental" point of view.
