i wonder what is holding up my build date. Im wave 4 and still waiting... is there a specific website to check maybe lol
It's probably because you currently own a Ram. :p

Lariats seem to be getting all the love, retail Pros the least. What did you order?

Any clue why wave 4 and 5 seem to be getting neglected. Starting to worry my dealer may be messing around
Talk to the sales manager at your dealership to get an understanding about the COVP/ROVP phase of order processing, there has been varying speculation that its's (NOT) required on Lighting orders, but listening to Tim Bartz, and the issues related to Maverick orders never being picked up for production, seems to be dependent on this phase being completed.

The dealer sales manager is supposed to submit proof of a bonified retail customer submitting a special order, as in a real person with an address that accurately reflects on a drivers license, etc.

This is being done to prevent dealers from submitting stock inventory orders, especially important with all the non e-commerce model lines. Which brings us back to the point that can the MOCO trust that an e*commerce order is from a real buyer or is it from a throw-away email account tied and controlled by the dealer/staff for building up stock inventory.

As @TaxmanHog stated, the dealer can check for your order status on a VVR.
Have them pull one up - usually a sales manager or up can do this.

When I went in to get financing info from F&I, a sales manager was able to get me tracking status and he showed me that my order went in as "Unscheduled - Clean".

"Clean" means that your order does not have a hold like deleting options that are holding up your truck, identity not clear, order from dealer was incorrect, etc..

Once it shows "Clean" it will then schedule for a build.

Clean status is only viewable by your dealer and Ford.
Order placed by you and the dealer does not mean it's actually accepted by Ford.
ROVP placed by the dealer may get rejected if documents to Ford is not complete or missing; options are not available, or the identity of the buyer is not confirmed.

He said my order is "Unscheduled-Clean". I asked for a screenshot to verify my information.

edit: He is unable to send a screenshot because other customers info in on the screen. Should i start getting worried? lol
