My updated I’m at now at 6.14

Then you are not terribly behind in terms of your main Sync updates. You're missing the few 10.x.x updates that have released. This does not mean other ancillary modules don't have pending updates like door modules, and trailer module, etc. However, as far as the main string of updates, you are not far behind the latest.

I never received the 10.X updates, nor do I see them trying to download. Currently this whole update process is a mystery in regards to when you get your updates.

I also want to say that being in EA doesn't help much either. There were people not in EA that received an update before I did. It may not help that they ask for my opinion from time to time, and I give them an earful. So I could be "shadow banned" from getting updates... lol.

That shouldn't be the case, I'm guilty of giving cutting opinions as well, we're all equal customers and should be getting equal treatment. This wacky distribution process is the real problem at Ford.

So this might be new, or maybe I just never noticed before. But I like it regardless. There is a list of software update history with notes (helpful or not) on the Ford Owners Webpage.

Try it out. I was surprised to see the info available. It shows the last six updates for me, and I know I have had more than that since I track them in a spreadsheet.
