Never been big on naming vehicles... My wife likes to name them and has asked me many times what her name is... I pay so much attention to her my wife started calling her my mistress... I think it fits so her name is "Misstress"

It took me a long time to find the "one" I wanted and not pay the crazy prices they were originally asking. As an result of that effort, my wife, who names everything, referred to my efforts as a snipe hunt. Hence the name Snipe.

I have noticed that some of you refer to your Lightning by a given name. For years my wife and I have named our vehicles. The first Lightning we got is a XLT SR that we call Blitzen as in one of Santa's reindeer (Blitzen is the german word for lightning). When we added a second Lightning to our fleet, a Lariat XR, we christened it Edison.

It was a toss up between "Lorry (Lori)", "Haulie (Holly)" and "Carry (Carrie)". Settled on Carrie. The kid, however, refuses to respect my right to name the truck I bought, and so he has decided to call it "Bartholomew".

I actually never knew naming your vehicle was a thing until I got the Mach e and now lightning. Maybe I’m old fashion but just to get with the program I name mine “The Beast”

This is extremely funny, as my family decided on Blue Beast as I have the Antimatter Blue color and it is massive compared to my Model Y.
