Wheel Well Liner Misshapen/Misaligned

My 2023 has the same problem. I took it into my dealer. The body shop last week. They examined it and believe that the front bumper is mis-aligned. Dealer has submitted claim to to approve the fix under warranty. Mine is the right front wheel well . I'll report here what happens next. I should here from them next week.

It's just a design fitment issue. They're all like this. Not really that big of a deal. I wouldn't let your dealer do anything with it. They could really make a mess trying to do what they are proposing.

I have this as well (2023 XLT 311A).

Since it was mentioned, my front light bar is also misaligned on the diver's side. Light bar bothers me more. Not enough to spend multiple hours fixing it (yet).

Tesla owners have a lot to complain about.

Maybe, but no issue with the one I had for 2.5 years. YMMV. Tesla owners are super picky...panel gaps that a Chevy owner wouldn't even noticed are measured with a micrometer by Tesla owners. Strange breed and part of the reason I don't own one any more.
