I recently read somewhere that Ford opened up MY24 Lightning to X-Plan.

The company I work for offers X-plan and the perk says it limits pricing to 4% over invoice. Does anyone know what the normal dealer invoice mark-up is for MSRP?

It depends on the model. I saved a whopping $39 and change on my ‘23. The 24’s I expect to be similar so not exactly worth it; the x-plan on ICE F-150’s is usually thousands and well below MSRP.

A-plan is a pretty good deal if you know anyone who works for Ford and happens to be you "brother-in-law."😉

The standard X-Plan calculations don't work on the EVs. I don't know how Ford is doing the 2024s since up to now MSRP and Invoice are identical. A Plan was 1.85% below window sticker on my 2022 bought in May 2023.

According to the XPlan web site https://www.fordpartner.com/partnerweb/login.do Xplan is not available on a Lightning. Even if it were it is not a good deal as it is on a Super Duty. For Super Duty its about 5.5% below MSRP

Plan formula is Invoice minus 04% Plus $275.. Not 4%

What is interesting is I went to the site and it showed I have another $2000 ECO. I have another XPlan Superduty schedled to be built 2/26 If it comes in by 4/2 I will be able to apply the $2k

1) See OP's post. 2024 Lightning IS in fact on X-Plan... https://fordauthority.com/2024/01/2024-ford-f-150-lightning-gains-x-plan-pricing-eligibility/

2) See my post. X-Plan formula does NOT work on EVs.

Even if X Plan does not give a good price break off of MSRP, my understanding is that it does limit the junk fees that a dealer can charge - such as that pesky doc fee.
Correct. $100.
