Yup, mine isn't either and I'm not sure I'll buy it at this point. However I went ahead and signed up. I got two text messages back that are almost identical.I got 2 emails about this and my truck is not even built
Whatever provider they are using to send the messages is at fault here for not supporting multi-part/longer sma messages, mms messages, or the RDS protocol.I got this message and signed up about a week ago. On Friday I got the introductory texts from my Ambassador. Tried to respond this AM and got this error message (3 times and gave up. Too lazy to count characters or have a program do it). Another example of a Ford communications stumble. Why have a limit, and if you do, at least tell people ahead of time before they start typing.
Character limit of '160' exceeded. Reduce message length or split message into multiple messages then try again.
