is there any way to tell who is in the first 15k?

Ford had announced that they had received about 20,000 reservations in the first 12 hours (that would be up to 9:30 am EDT on the next day, May 20) so look at your reservation email time and probably figure that maybe 65% of those in the first 12 hours will actually order. You should be in the lucky 15,000 if you reserved on May 19th.

Ordered on 5/19/21 - Reservation #10835064

Received confirmation email at 7:57PM PST.

Since that time the wife decided she wanted a Mach E, so we are waiting on a Star White Premium AWD. Not looking forward to two car payments, but I'm not giving up the dream of having this F-150 Lightning either.

We only ordered in early August so we don’t even have a build date. I’m guessing sometime February-April at this point. Maybe by then my wife will decide we can just go with the F-150 and then I won’t feel so bad about building out a Platinum. We’ve been getting by with a 2010 Ford Flex Limited for the past 10 years. Love that Cyber Orange, but she’s sticking with Star White. Hope you get it soon!
