My Lightning production is complete but not yet being delivered - per Ford

A guy can hope that Ford started shipping the trucks, not tell dealers or customers until the media embargo goes. Maybe we all get an update.
I'm saying this because with a new product launch Fords tend to keep the product at the tain yards at their final destination until they "release them" see it with every new product. Maybe they are closer than we think! (Positive thinking here guys)

We just got a update stating if you are able to order your Ford Charge Station Pro with your reservation number, your Lightning is 4 to 6 weeks away!

Fingers crossed mine will arrive within that time frame.

Also there are 2 options for getting the Charger. 1. Order yourself 2. Dealer order for you after the purchase.
I decided to order myself that way I'm in control. You can order it ahead, that way it arrives before the truck.

I dont think that is true. I have an order in but no build date for my truck. If I input my reservation number it shows up as $0 to get it.

I dont think that is true. I have an order in but no build date for my truck. If I input my reservation number it shows up as $0 to get it.

From what the lady told me on the phone is that they would check to see where your order is before shipping the charger. She checked my reservation # and she said I'm eligible.
And if the dealer doesn't know about it they may get charged the amount.

I wonder if they will wait for you to take delivery. Otherwise what will they do if you get the charge station but then refuse delivery of the truck? They certainly aren't going to just let you keep the free equipment.

Can you post a detailed copy of the installation instructions when you get yours? It would really help those of us in the que plan for the proper electrical service connection configuration, especially if planning for a future install of the HIS……
