delivery window 7/14-7/20 to Northern California
still showing those dates on the canadian Ford Tracker page
and no ship details showing on the OrderTrack app except "convoy"

I did get the updated window sticker 6/16
and the rolling off assembly line picture 6/17

It's a race for last place.
Can I jokingly call you a joker? Guys I’m 4/20 no updates. Dealer even took delivery on 6/2 of 5/16 blend.

They are truly abusing a few of your first week or two builds. Ford should be pulling out all the stops for you all, but truly they seem to not care.
It is bizarre what is being shipped and delivered and what is not. Doesn't make any sense. The communication sucks, and I agree, Ford should be fawning over the MY22 orders. I'm gonna sit back and wait like taxmanhog says to.

I'm seeing this on the US site though.
Confirmed malfunction on my end as well, sorry to jump to conclusions.

The last time I have seen this on the US site was a Saturday or Sunday when they were (I assume) updating the dealer database, or possibly it was off line and the order tracker could not pull the dealership record.

Mine got delivered last night and test drove it today. Taking it home tomorrow after they prep and charge it up!!!!

I just received the "continue your purchase at your Ford Dealer" email. I called the dealer who was unsure if mine had actually arrived yet, but is checking. He said they got at least one in. Here's hoping!

I bet it's there, the shop.ford tracker are doing the mysterious flash-back with no record information right now, I suspect the VIN record is being updated with the delivered status, should be visible soon

Thanks for confirming the tracker site is down. I have been checking yesterday and today and it continues to not give status. I have not received email yet for delivery. Ford main site states complete purchase.

The dealer found the truck. They're going to start PDI tonight and I should be able to go pick it up tomorrow.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I just received the tracking number via text for my charger.

I'm sharing here because, Sun Run did not email me to verify address and I called and complained to the ford marketing team. Two hours later it magically shipped.

I was really concerned I wouldn't receive it because I had an initial discussion with Sun Run, paid the $150 for an installation evaluation, then cancelled because they are the worst company. I was really concerned my charger would be in "purgatory" forever because I started the process with Sun Run of installation.

Also they are requiring a signature with fedex which is different than what I've seen others post here.

Seam M. from Serramonte Ford in SSF called me back a short time later and confirmed that my vehicle did arrived at the dealership. Sean M. is such a nice guy and set an appt for me that afternoon to complete my purchase. Anthony G. an assistant with Sean completed all the paperwork and spent an hour explaining all the controls on the lightning. Fantastic vehicle, so much tech, freaking amazing!

Anyway I was finished with the dealership around 6pm. The whole process took less than 3 hours. MSRP no additional cost. I like this process of ordering a vehicle and going to the dealership and spend a short time and then drive off with my new lightning.

Really hoping all you forum members get your lightning very shortly.

Thanks Ford motor company. Very happy with my lightning!
