Seam M. from Serramonte Ford in SSF called me back a short time later and confirmed that my vehicle did arrived at the dealership. Sean M. is such a nice guy and set an appt for me that afternoon to complete my purchase. Anthony G. an assistant with Sean completed all the paperwork and spent an hour explaining all the controls on the lightning. Fantastic vehicle, so much tech, freaking amazing!

Anyway I was finished with the dealership around 6pm. The whole process took less than 3 hours. MSRP no additional cost. I like this process of ordering a vehicle and going to the dealership and spend a short time and then drive off with my new lightning.

Really hoping all you forum members get your lightning very shortly.

Thanks Ford motor company. Very happy with my lightning!

I'm not seeing it either today. Neither the shop.ford.com or .ca vehicle trackers are working for me either across 4 different devices and clearing browsing data

.com just tells me session expired and .ca just refreshes the page.

When the order trackers won't load for me, I quit the browser, re-launch, and it generally works. If not, then additionally sign into Ford.com and try again, that has worked for me.

Yeah, I’ve done all that on my work computer, personal computer and iPad. Still not working.

Maybe I should take it as a hint to stop trying to look.

@TaxmanHog @LightningLover has received his truck but spreadhsheet does not reflect - by my count (haven't verified the other 3) there were 37 forum members with a blend 5/16 - 5/20 and four of us remain with no "build" date or delivery scheduled.
