I updated the Estimated Delivery Dates to be the latest in the range, this gives the MoCo the benefit of being measured "on time" if the truck is delivered by that due date, of course the due dates are subject to modifications as circumstances arise

Ok - learned a few things. St. Louis area is indeed convoy-only, no rail. They use Jack Cooper for servicing my area (the palsapp people), and since they nerfed the palsapp hack, I can't track. The truck did not arrive yesterday, but I hear it's probably expected today to arrive at my dealer.

(UPDATE: May just be a St. Louis / Illinois metro-east thing, my ramp is actually not St. Louis but rather CE59 in Illinois, likely Salem, IL as noted below by GDN. I have heard that STL is served from a Wentzville ramp.)

Anyone with a palsapp login capable of searching? I have both the waybill and VIN.

That would be odd to find St. Louis is convoy only and seems a little doubtful. Candian Rail hauls everything out of Dearborn headed south and for those of us south of you, CR hands off the rail cars to UP for further delivery at Salem, IL. Salem doesn't look to be more than 40 miles from you. Just doesn't make sense you wouldn't ride CR to Salem - then truck delivery from there to St. Louis.

Where are you all shipping from? It would be the last received line under your VVR before “In Transit”.

Can someone help me decipher this info I just got back from Ford Chat about the status of my order?

I am seeing that the order is in the In Transit status. Arrived at Junction Point (Canadian National Railways ). I am seeing an ETA for start of transit as Aug-04-2022, and an ETA of Aug-10-2022 for delivery to your dealer. This information was updated yesterday.

It's heading to Washington state - but apparently using Canadian rail? Is it odd that my truck is "In Transit" but doesn't have a rail car number? Also the tracker and the chat say it's already in-transit, but also that it's scheduled to start transit on August 4th?

Ask them for the railcar #.

I was at my dealer and got a printout for my rail car # from their VVR report - Canadian National Railways.

Yours might be on the same shipment as it looks like it will travel north first and then split off ?
