I just spoke to United Road on the phone, and they said that even if the VIN is in their system, they might not be the one to deliver it. They only deliver 1 in 4 orders but all VINs from Ford and GM enter their system. He said it could be sitting on a rail car waiting to be unloaded or it could be in a parking lot waiting for a convoy. There is no way for them to know and everyone is short staffed.

@TaxmanHog - Looks like Ford pushed back my delivery window by a week. It used to say 7/9 - 7/15 but now it says 7/15/2022 - 7/21/2022.

Hopefully it gets here before August when I'll lose my interest rate lock

Looks like the car was FINALLY built and is now awaiting shipment. I have not received the email yet, but I checked my ford account and I have a shipping estimate.

Does anyone have a realistic timeframe of how long it takes to ship the vehicle to the Bay Area CA? I’m curious how close the estimate is.

@kammy I think getting the truck out here only takes a few days. But then getting it off the train, and on the truck from the railyard in Richmond to your dealer could take a while. My truck "shipped" on 6/6/22 and someone denied my FordPass request on 6/24/22. So, I think that's when my truck was unloaded in Richmond, and it has been sitting there ever since. Ford also just bumped back my delivery window by a week.

Last date, this gives them an "On time" measurement if delivered by the later date (barring extensions)

My truck just arrived at the dealer today (upstate NY). First one they've gotten. Probably take delivery over the weekend or on Monday.

One of the last standing and still waiting. My delivery date has shifted 4 times now, the latest is due by 7/19. I know it went via rail and is sitting in the yard just south of Philly as of July 5.. My dealer is expecting two others that are sitting in the same rail yard and we’re there at least a week before mine.

I'm still waiting too. Mine was scheduled for delivery 6/30 with United Road assigned a truck and everything. Then the truck picked didn't pick it up along with the other cars it was supposed to travel with. Now that pickup order shows as cancelled and there is a new one that shows inactive.

My current ETA is 7/29-8/4, which was the first ETA I got from Ford before they pulled it in and started to push it out again.
