We’ll, I contacted my dealer today, and unfortunately my truck is stuck in the Vegas purgatory. Estimated delivery date still stands at 8/2-8/8.
Does anyone have news on the potential rail strike?

Rail strike was postponed I think 60 days based on Biden stepping in.

Not sure if the strike would be a key concern for us since we're stuck in Vegas waiting for a truck to haul us to the dealer.

It's on the way. Got the email, the update in the backdoor tracker and the order tracker. And my window sticker updated with a new revision. The billed date on the window sticker is 7/29/22 now. The Ford Pass app still shows it in the parking lot in Michigan so maybe when it gets loaded on a railcar it loses GPS and cannot communicate.

Well I’m an idiot. I clicked the wrong VIN on the tracker. My rail car is at least empty though so hopefully soon enough.

Another day, another FordPass activation request denial. No e-mail with picture of it coming off the line or any sign of movement in the trackers.

Contact of mine told me that Ford has been cracking down HARD on people activating FordPass before customer takes possession, so I wouldn't sweat it too much.

I'm fine if they don't activate it, I'm just surprised how many times someone has been in and out of the thing in the past six weeks or so. As far as I know they're just parking it further back in the parking lot each week

Any movement on yours? Maybe they just have something against Missourians? (can't blame them there)

“In production” still, ramp 51. Extremely frustrating. Hopefully just waiting for enough trucks to fill a freight car.

Just chatted with Ford and they said my truck is still in Vegas. Was shipped on July 11th. Unreal.

Just checked with my dealer and then Ford chat to get my railcar number. Apparently "Shipped" means it is released to the ramp and not actually en route. So it is "Shipped" but still sitting and waiting on a railcar.
