Dealer called and let me know truck is in Vegas and heading out to Sacramento by end of this week. Hopefully all of us Nor cal people get our trucks this week

After delaying the ETA 3 times, I finally got an e-mail from Ford tonight apologizing for the delay and pushing the date out AGAIN! Mind you, the truck is scheduled to deliver to the dealer tomorrow so it should be delivered to me by the end of the window that was already in place (7/31-8/6) but Ford apparently felt the need to send me an e-mail to move it to 8/3-8/9.

Their customer communications department is so out in left field.

I just got this update. 12 days since it should have been delivered. Your vehicle’s previous estimated delivery range of July 15, 2022, and July 21, 2022, has been updated to between August 4, 2022, and August 10, 2022.

The funny thing is that I got my Built status on 7/5 and Ford sent me an ETA of 7/15-7/21. It was obviously bunk. They set themselves up for failure. They could've just said "3-5 weeks" and I would've thought that was perfectly reasonable and they wouldn't have had to miss their target 4 times. What is the point of these 6 day windows if they can't hit them?
