I don't see any changes in the sticky - I think you added IPC settings to the wrong section (the auto-window stuff). I looked at the ICE thread and added the settings, and now I have the headlight with "A" in it. I'll see how it acts later.Oops, I left the IPC settings off of the sticky. I just added them now. @FlasherZ and @jredondox, try the updated settings and let me know if it works.
Code: U3000 - Control Module
Additional Fault Symptom:
- General Checksum Failure
Status:
- DTC Present at Time of Request
- Malfunction Indicator Lamp is On for this DTC
Module: Headlamp Control Module
Thanks, I moved it to the right section. Weird, did you get a checksum error when you wrote the changes to the HCM module? I double checked my HCM settings and this is what I have:I don't see any changes in the sticky - I think you added IPC settings to the wrong section (the auto-window stuff). I did notice that the HCM is now throwing DTC for "General Checksum Failure" which is lighting the MIL.
Clearing DTC's doesn't work - it just comes right back...Code:Code: U3000 - Control Module Additional Fault Symptom: - General Checksum Failure Status: - DTC Present at Time of Request - Malfunction Indicator Lamp is On for this DTC Module: Headlamp Control Module
On second thought, did you use the ICE settings for 734-01-02? That setting threw a checksum error but the setting I used in the sticky from this thread worked fine.I don't see any changes in the sticky - I think you added IPC settings to the wrong section (the auto-window stuff). No, used your settings except IPC. When I get home I'll restore the HCM and try again. On second thought, did you use the ICE settings for 734-01-02? That setting threw a checksum error but the setting I used in the sticky from this thread worked fine.

If I use your full config, the checksum error isn't set, so it's obviously my "different" original numbers that trip it up.
The glare-free works regardless of whether your settings from above are used, or mine; just that MIL is set because of the cksum error if I use mine. It's a pretty nifty feature.
