Remember that Y'all will ride the CSX rail to East Brookfield, disembark the rail car then stay a few hours to days in the hold lot until your CONVOY driver(s) arrive to bring your trucks to the dealerships.

You very well might be right about East Brookfield, however, my railcar tracking said the destination was Selkirk, NY, which is another huge transfer area/hold lot. I'm in Western, MA, I'm wondering if it will be unloaded in Selkirk (~70 miles from the dealer) and Convoy'd in?

At 8:10AM today the railcar was "placed in industry" in Selkirk. The day before it was "constructively placed" (also in Selkirk). Hmm...

Yes yours could unload there, as well VT deliveries seem to drop there as well

Update on my truck: I have spoken to Ford Chat the past three days. I was told something different each day, but I am thinking the truck is waiting on ramp 51 due to a chip hold.

Chat rep #1: ETA for production completion is sept 15-21
Chat rep #2: ETA for delivery is Sept 15-21
Chat rep #3: Truck is on a chip hold but the ETA for delivery is Sept 15-21.

Naturally, after 3 different responses I needed more detail from the last rep. She basically told me there is a chip hold and the ETA for delivery is applied for all vehicles - even vehicles on a chip hold. Basically an arbitrary ETA that should not be relied on. Hopefully this hold will be resolved in my ETA window but I am not getting my hopes up.

Similar progress / and dates, though I got slightly different answers wrt the ETA.

First I got Sep 28th as ETA for delivery.

When I chatted with Ford a few days ago, they told me I was on hold but could not tell me if it was b/c of chips or something else. ETA still sep 28th. After asking clarifying what the ETA is for they told me it was for getting to the Built status and they don’t have an ETA for delivery.

Let’s see what chat rep #3 will tell me later this week. Fingers crossed it’s something along the lines of your truck is shipped and will be at your dealer on 9/28

No I can’t track your truck specifically, but I can track the rail car mines on. Ireceived my rail car # from ford customer service (did the chat online), once it had been marked “in transit”. I’ve used the CSX automated 800# and checked on it almost daily lol

As of 10:50AM today the rail car is “empty”. So, the rail car/my truck was unloaded in Selkirk, NY. Presumably going on a hauler from there.

So, if your truck is “in transit” you can get the rail car # via ford chat. They’ll just need your vin and maybe order #. Once you have that you can call CSX @ 1-800-235-2352 and go through the automated prompts (I’ve been told to NOT talk to a live agent as they may get annoyed if everyone did that) the rail car will have “initials” (letters) and a number. Speak those into the system and it will give you last location, next location etc.

I don’t think we are on the same train. Mine hasn’t moved from a 8/31 in production date and Ford Chat is closed today.

I think 9/26 is your ETA at dealer. Others can chime in.

If no chip holds or delays with spray in, then you could go to built pretty quickly, if the planets are in alignment with the train schedules to eastern NY or convoy to western NY, then it's very possible to be delivered to your dealership by 9/26
