Now that I'm in the built state, I can see an estimated delivery time on my reservation page. Looks like the estimated delivery date range has pushed out 9 days from what was originally quoted to my by Ford Chat last Friday.

Ours seems to have gone in the opposite direction .. On Tuesday 9/6 Customer service said and the dealer later verified that there was nothing holding it up for delivery 9/20-9/26. No chip holds.

But then customer service said today, 9/8, there was a "micro chip on hold at the plant" message on the order with the same delivery date. I called marketing and they said it was tagged on the bottom and was a strange message as not specific to car. He said that was an entry on 9/3 before I spoke to anyone. Oh well, not sure what it all means. He said maybe they found a problem at the plant for the particular chip already installed.

Yes. I texted my salesman after seeing a VVR report in this thread and he confirmed my truck had a chip hold. Assuming he wasn't making stuff up to placate me to avoid responding with acknowledgment of ignorance, then I went from chip hold to built.

There's that new phrase I got as well today - "Micro Chip At Plant On Hold." It was added 9/3 according to two people, but the report from dealer and chat on 9/6 did not have it for sure. So I can only guess the comment was added belatedly.

Bottom line is I would like to see my truck by end of the month. Hoping we all do soon.

I got the same hold. The way I understand it is
Primary status: In Production
Secondary status: Micro chip at plant on hold.
ETA: x date - and some agents say that's the ETA at dealer, other to complete production.

There is movement on the chip situation so I think there's a good chance that in 5-10 days we are all built. Fingers crossed.

Got the “Built” email, looks like my truck got selected for additional inspection. ETA got pushed out 1 day, now ETA 9/19 to 9/25.

In reality, when I got my 8/22 build week notification, I planned on getting the truck at the end of October. So for me this feels like a whole month early.

Yeah, I was planning on end of October, hoping for end of September. You and I have identical ETA dates so we may be traveling together.
