Kinda ironic, I picked up a engine hoist๐Ÿ˜

You get a alarm your tailgate is down, I wonder if it disables the auto tailgate. It must because the tailgate was bouncing up on bumbs and it didn't activate auto up. They should have a locking system in place to keep the gate from popping up and down.

I noticed the same thing in my pasture today with the tailgate bouncing up and down. I have an XLT so no powered tailgate. But this is my first Ford truck with a spring loaded tailgate to assist with up/down. I think the spring assist increases the bouncing.

I had driven across the pasture with a sack of feed on the tailgate no problem. On the way back to the barn after feeding the cows, I noticed the tailgate bouncing up and down.

Go into the settings. There is a section for auto start. You can tell them what to do. The best option for seats should be "Auto" if it is cold outside they should heat, if it is hot they should cool. Just double check those settings.

Okay I will check it out. You would think the app would override settings with departure time startup.

The app doesn't know my charging priorities, it is 45 minutes late sending Secure Alert messages. If you depend on this app it will be a miserable ownership experience.

I installed the FitCamx Dashcam that others had suggested on the forum
I also successfully charged my truck at an Electrify America charger. First EV charge ever, and I made it look like it was my first EV charge ever.

Can not find the auto start, I only see departure setting and there's no auto just medium and cool.

Can the fitcamx see license plates?

I've done stuff this past week. Tonneau cover, gell American flag letters, console safe, black lug nuts and some ceramic detailer.

Which lugnuts did you get? I've been looking on Amazon but many have bad reviews. Ford has them for 179.00, they must be made of black gold.

Factory style. They have the larger face that contacts the wheel. IMHO, that is important when you are putting 150 ft/lbs of torque on it.

I bought mine years ago. This is the third truck I've had them on. I wouldn't recommend any others.
