Does ford CS still say that your truck is in Riverdale, IL? That’s what they say to me, but I’m hoping my truck is making its way across the country and just hasn’t had an update yet. Also, what system gives you detailed tracking like that?

Ford CS continues to say Blue Island, IL as recent as yesterday. It may be because I'm on the untrackable BNSF railroad. The dealer is probably using their new tracking software Vinview.

Mine was on "chip hold" for a day for some reason and I have seen others do the same thing. I wouldn't put a ton of stock into that yet if it has just been a day.

Ive had a chip hold for a week with a 11/7 blend date

I reached out to customer service for an update since my delivery estimate has been sitting at 11/8 - 11/14 for some while (after receiving an initial estimate of 10/29 - 11/4).

According to customer service today, my truck is sitting at Ramp 51 with an estimated arrival date of "to be determined". They indicated that there were no holds on my truck, but there was also no associated railcar or convoy information. My rate lock expires Friday. Fun times.

That sucks about the rate lock, that's gonna be a huge difference, isn't it?

Mine's still in New Boston, Michigan. Seems it hasn't moved since the "shipped" date, so unless Ford has just lost tracking on the truck and isn't correct about its location, I just don't see it making it by the end of the delivery window of Nov. 19-25. If it's not on a rail car yet, I just don't see it being at the dealer 1,000 miles away this Friday, especially with Thanksgiving in the middle of that. A lot of guys in the tracker have gotten their trucks earlier than estimated, but it seems we aren't among them.

Beautiful truck. I have to say this looks more white than I expected it to look. I ordered Lariat ER avalanche though and I think I'll be stuck on a chip hold for a year.

Well that makes me nervous. My truck has been sitting on Ramp 5m in New Boston for a week….unless Ford is behind in tracking. I got a vehiship convoy # but I’d imagine it has to go by rail. Can anyone speak to this?

My understanding is that it goes Vehiship to whatever rail yard then rail to nearest final destination then convoy to the dealer.

My dealer finally hooked me up today

I wonder if we are on the same train? Last week my dealers sent me this. Heading towards Richmond, Ca, port for drop off. I’m from Week 10/31
