More like $7k in the last year or so but, to be fair, what hasn't gone up in price over the same period?Didn't they raise prices $20k or so o er the past couple years? Hard to keep up with the baseline.
I guess it depends by vehicle and time window. This spreadsheet is showing a LR model Y up $14.99k since intro, not including "inflating" add-on software.More like $7k in the last year or so but, to be fair, what hasn't gone up in price over the same period?
Last time I checked there was still a several month wait for a build to order car. Iām sure the cars in inventory were scooped up pretty quick. I think their inventory is usually cancelled orders since they try and avoid keeping inventory just sitting on delivery lots. Iām sure a lot of people who qualify for the 2023 tax credits are delaying or canceling so it forced Teslas hand to offer these $7500 discounts equal to the future tax credit. If Tesla extends the discounts after January 1 that will really be a sign of whether demand for their cars is weakening.I just checked inventory and all the M3 are sold out - except for 2 LR M3.
Last week when I checked, there were tons built and ready for delivery.
Does anyone know if the $7500 was deal that made people jump on them ??
