NJ closed Sundays too. my truck was supposed to be delivered to dealer on Friday but no update from United road

no update on the ETA from them either.
Just logged into Ford though and it says 1/10-1/16 and was previously 12/30-1/6. I’ve been tracking this company and they seem to be decently quick so I am surprised by this. they have over 10 vehicles to deliver to my dealer so it has to be this week

Am I the only person thinking that the Fold Flat, Lockable Storage still comes as part of the $10,000 511a package?

When I originally placed my order for this wave it was still listed as standard for the 511a package. However in their system they had removed it, and with MY23 it is now an option. I at least caught it early so I got it added, but I was still a little frustrated with it.

I’m hopeful to pick it up today, I haven’t heard from the dealer yet though, so who knows?!

I’m assuming that’s what held mine up a couple days at the end, needed to come in with some other vehicles. Crossing my fingers for ya!

Apparently my truck is being Convoy'd from Dearborn to North Carolina. Ford is having issues with their main transport partner and is now throwing vehicles on any vehicle transport available

I received a similar update and was told by chat that my truck is traveling by convoy, not rail to NJ via vehi-ship Llc. Was also told that they are experiencing delays with the rail company. I have a convoy number, just wondering if anyone has found a way to track using that?

Mine was
Vehi ship > ramp #?? >> load on NS train >> DE yard waiting pickup by Union ship >> next step Union ship convoy to DE

Some small but others are concerning...what's next? I thinking Ford should be held to provide what Features/Options were included when I placed my order. I only found this based on a YouTube video that I was watching...

Extremely frustrating I agree. I think the AM radio was never included with 2023 models?

If the bin and heated steering wheel were…they usually give a credit back I think. The heated steering wheel I thought was supposed to cone at a later date after delivery ? Like maybe you have the wheel but not some electrical component ? I forget

@EdwinT, you might be right about the AM Radio and honestly, I'm less concerned about that than the other items. But there should be communications with order holders noting these changes. To your point, there was a credit given for the Heated Steering Wheel but the "Official" communications I saw was distributed via this Forum. As for the Fold Flat Lockable Storage, I haven't seen any communications or credit given towards removing from the 511 a package. It was included when I placed my order...

Don't get confused, I'm still excited about getting this truck but I find myself falling into the group of owners on this forum that just want better communications and out reach.

100% agree communication is bad. Unfortunately I think all the communications are supposed to flow from Ford to the dealer and then to us but most of the dealers aren’t on top of their orders or aren’t getting the info like they are supposed to.

I’d be even more annoyed if those two options were swaying me into that package!

I really hope you are able to find documentation to show it was supposed to be there that way during your inspection you can make note of it and get them to sign an I owe you or something. Check at The Ford Video guy on YouTube. He usually covers all the changes to the different packages/equipment groups. He is also on this forum. Maybe you can find the equipment group breakdowns from one of his videos

I got bumped for deliver 1/8-1/13. My truck is in Denver and the dealer apparently can't get a truck to pick it up, so hoping I hear word in the next few days.
