Thank you for the confirmation. Bought the part for my MY23 Pro.
Decided to take a second look and pulled the whole cover off. My 22 Pro does have the wire there, it was just tucked up there nicely. $40 auto wipers, here we come!
good job! Ordered mine yesterdayinstalled. Seems to be working I will update after a rainy day. I’ve attached more pics. Of location, The tool I used, where clips are located on the back of the cover and the option to enable on the infotainment. I changed all four lines in Forscan.

Do you need to leave the wiper stalk in one of the 'active' positions? After the sensor doesn't detect rain for a while, do the wipers get parked (where they go lower than the 'at the ready' position with typical intermittent wiper settings)?Light rain today and sensor worked.
My stalk was on the first setting the single rain drop. After a little time of no use they drop down lower.Do you need to leave the wiper stalk in one of the 'active' positions? Is the above correct, or should it be 724-02-01 xxxx-xxC4- —?724-02-01 xxxx-xC4x- —
Those selections are in the AS BUILT sections BCM (BdyCM), SCCM, APIM, and IPC for anyone wondering.its with all four changes i mention in my earlier post. so if one of those is BCM, then yes.
Add rain sensor:
7D0-09-04 x3xx-xxxx-xx—
726-39-02. xxxx-xxxx-01—
720-02-02. xx8x-xx—
724-02-01 xxxx-xC4x- —
part was
LU5Z-17D547-B
i cannot remember if it got substituted after my order for a newer part.
as i recall you just pull the cover down and it eventually unclips.
Could you verify that your 724-02-01 line is correct? I pulled up the spreadsheet and that isn't an option. One option is xxxx-x*xx and the other is xxxx-xx**. Thank you!its with all four changes i mention in my earlier post. so if one of those is BCM, then yes.
