That's weird, I got a notification in Fordpass that I should consider scheduling a 10K service visit based on my current mileage, now at 8458, if the trend continues, I'll be due around the end of April.

Got that one too. I'm at about 9400 miles. That's weird, I got a notification in Fordpass that I should consider scheduling a 10K service visit based on my current mileage, now at 8458, if the trend continues, I'll be due around the end of April.
If that's the case, I'd be arguing that they have to perform the oil changes on my ICE vehicle instead. My dealer is still charging a mandatory $1,750 dealer add on for "oil changes for life". When I went in to argue it the salesperson even laughed when I told him that was pretty steep for wiper and cabin air filters to be changed, but still said everyone has to pay it. If these guys are gonna be selling more EV's they need to get the service side figured out!
Did they resolve your air dam issue and what may I ask was it? I keep getting the same fault myself and I understand it's not anything importantThat's weird, I got a notification in Fordpass that I should consider scheduling a 10K service visit based on my current mileage, now at 8458, if the trend continues, I'll be due around the end of April.
Might they want to change the nitrogen in your tires? LOLThat's weird, I got a notification in Fordpass that I should consider scheduling a 10K service visit based on my current mileage, now at 8458, if the trend continues, I'll be due around the end of April.
Other threads on that topic, from what I recall of reports mostly the drive motor(s) that move the dam, someone speculated a programming revision on when to deploy & retract based on speeds of the truck were being considered, other incidents of damage to lower shroud (high curbs, steep approach angles, ice berms, etc).Did they resolve your air dam issue and what may I ask was it? When I took mine in for the wiper motor recall I also asked them to check my air dam messages. They said it needed a new actuator based on the codes. So that part is on order too. In the meantime the error message is pretty annoying.Did they resolve your air dam issue and what may I ask was it? I keep getting the same fault myself and I understand it's not anything important
I had one put in but the dang thing hits 88 mph so fast it misses the time jump.I ordered a flux capacitor 10 years ago but they are still backordered. Talk about a high demand product! Order yours here: https://www.oreillyauto.com/flux-capacitor
