Departure time disappeared from FordPass app

It appears in the latest update, departure time has disappeared from the app. The funny thing is, my truck still does the conditioning without me being able to change or stop the departure times. The other bad part is that if I use departure times, my steering wheel heat doesn't work after that.

Why can't you change the departure time in the truck itself?

It no longer shows the option. If you go to charging in the truck, the option for departure time is grayed out.

It looks like you have an update either stuck, or in-process. Give it a day or two and if it still doesn’t work, schedule service.

Are you not seeing Departure Time on the main "VEHICLE" page as shown here?

BTW, the temporary loss of heated wheels upon using pre-conditioning is a known and persistent defect, a fix is promised at some point, but a solution around this problem, program you scheduled departure time for 15 or more minutes sooner than you actually intend to use the truck, this extra time allows the systems in the truck to sleep, then when you actually go out to start the truck normally, the wheel will warm up quickly.

As mentioned previously, wait a few hours or a day for any truck updates to finalize.

I suspect something is wrong with the Fordpass app, I've noticed a few flaws not related to this discussion as well in version 4.25.0

Try a few other things with the app if the departure time feature is still missing.
Clear the cache, force stop the app, close all apps, then restart the app.
Hopefully that helps, if not, try logging off the app, then logon.

Did you make changes to your approvals of the connectivity & data sharing controls in the truck??

I did. I didn’t want to send all my driving info to ford. They say that is why. Plus the charging info doesn’t show up because of it.
