I know a picture is worth a 1000 words, but maybe say a few and only post each pic once. I assume you’re wondering why yours are out of sync. Suggest turning Sync off or FordPass on. Whatever you’re wanting. Then write some words.

Thanks, Ford Pass says to use Sync to turn auto updates on. I do not see any way to turn it on in the Pass app.

You have to turn it on in the vehicle, FordPass is explaining to you how to do it.

I get it, thanks. As long as the vehicle has the updates turned on, I won't worry about what the Ford Pass app shows.

You’ll find this to be true about other settings as well. I try to make all settings in the truck.

No on/off switching is possible via the app!!!

As far as the app being out of sync with the truck ie. [on in the truck but showing off in the app. try logging out of Ford Pass, clear the cache only (do not clear credentials), force stop the app, then restart and log in, hopefully that forces the app to properly represent the actual status of the trucks Sync system updates condition being ON.
