Treat yourself and/or significant other to a nice dinner or lunch at a restaurant that's close to an AT&T cell tower, it's worked for me a couple of time .... might be coincidence or not.

I have received 3 updates in the parking lot at a Total Wine store. The type of wine and cost per bottle do not seem to matter. Bottom line is that it seems random. I don't thing anyone has yet figured out the solution. It will magically happen at some unknown time.

It might help to connect your truck to your home wifi
Ideally the LVB is at it's highest SOC right after a long drive or charging session.
Folks, are scheduling the install time within the hour following such events, this works best where you might have a long commute, that likely has pushed the LVB SOC higher and above the installation parameters.
