Another update

I managed to text ford and while they say "In production" they also give me an estimated delivery to dealership as 8/26 - 9/01.

I'm in Southern California and my window sticker said convoy. I guess I'll update if it shows up in the next few days.

The ETA dates will show in your personal order page and on the public tracker as soon as MASTER CONTROL flips the switch on the BUILT DATE, ETA's are fluid and often changing, California dealers will receive trucks via CONVOY from the regionally situated rail hubs on the west coast, your trucks will depart the rouge on rail cars

I’ve heard it’s common that they production check points in your personal order page are often out of sync with reality. Even my rep at my dealership told me his lightning showed up the same day he got the shipment email from ford.

It's possible they might have locked down the public and personal order page updates while stealthily started shipping, who knows for sure, maybe our man on the ground at the Rouge could inform us if Lightnings are loading on the rail cars as we speak!!

Which mine still says in production, yet my dealership told me it’s in transit. I believe I’ve read people on this forum say they’ve had delayed updates on their portal as well.

You can contact Sunrun with your VIN and they will ship to you now. Don't have to wait for the dealer.

Within 14 days of vehicle delivery, they used to have a portal where you can validate your address of record so the FCSP is ready to roll once the sale is completed.

If you're having them do the installation and other work like solar, they might come out sooner than vehicle delivery.

You can contact Sunrun with your VIN and they will ship to you now. Don't have to wait for the dealer.

I just called SunRun and although the rep said they don't normally ship before the dealer confirms delivery, she may release it if my Dealer vouches for me. more to come

the only step SunRun took for me was to submit an “escalation request” for consideration. Looks like the normal process will be followed.

Built flag dates posting for some builds in the 8/7 and 8/14 weeks, nothing for the 8/21 week.

No dates for @aj1117 @invertedspear yet, check daily.

Got a BUILT date of 9/01 posted to mine just now.

I’ve had a lot of run arounds from the different ford resources recently but my rep at my dealership found out that mine was scheduled to ship out this past week but won’t know if it actually shipped until Tuesday.

I'm jealous. What was your build number? Did they re-gen your window sticker at the lower starting price? Did you have aftermarket add-ons like bed cover or factory spray-in bed liner?

I'm curious why it seems like the dig-out is kind of haphazard and random across build weeks. I'm sure it has something to do with how they parked them, like maybe the aftermarket parts pulled you into a new line or something that put you closer to the front.

My build number is 179. My window sticker has not regenerated with the new price yet so it’s leading me to believe it hasn’t left yet.

I got an XLT with extended range battery and the build package that comes with that battery. No extra options than that.

Okay, here’s something strange. This morning mine went into built, just now I checked and it’s back to being in production. But there is still a date of 9/01 next to built. Not sure what’s happening here….
