13 Sep 23 and this morning a set of Powertrain updates showed up for my '22. This follows a previous pattern of releasing updates on a Wednesday for Lightnings. (Mach Es seem to be on Fridays most of the time).

I've checked VINs on two '23 models and they got these updates in their list as well.

Finally, I don't know what these powertrain updates are intended to correct or enhance. Powertrain updates generally come out once or twice a year (or more) and generally bring refinements.
I wonder if this is related to this thread: https://www.f150lightningforum.com/forum/threads/csp-23b57-for-high-voltage-battery-notice.16683/
The CSP says it was available as an FDRS update on 9/13 and later this year as OTA.

15 Sep 23 and this showed up this morning for my '22:
Ford F-150 Lightning Lightning Software Updates using FDRS Lightning_ACM_Update_15-Sep-23

It also showed up for a couple of '23 model VINs I checked as well. I wonder if this is supposed to fix that Pop sound when opening any of the doors or tailgate after the truck has been unlocked?

Dealer techs do not apply updates during PDI unless there's a "Stop-Sell" or recall. They do nothing more than check OASIS for any messages that would tell them what they are required to do and then just take the truck out of transport mode. That's pretty much it.
So having said this earlier in the week and then reading about CSP 23B57 it's apparent that the dealer techs will be updating the powertrain modules in this list for all these vehicles. You can't just pick the BECM and update that, (normally) since it's part of a "coordinated set" of updates. Selecting the BECM will kick off the script that will result in all of the powertrain modules getting updated as a group (as intended).

"ACM" On the Mach-E was the recent RAD-PS priority update for "radio presets cleared after OTA", right? Perhaps this is the Lightning equivalent since we've heard such complaints here too?

I'd have expected a DSP update for the popping.

Mike G are you applying the powertrain group soon? I was on the fence whether or not they're safe to do since they freshly showed up, but if it's for a recall TSB I'd expect them to be low risk.

I did the updates Wednesday when they came out. No issues whatever. Spam the Rerun Network Scan if the GFM2 doesn't clear right away. It will drop off.

It also popped up for a 2021 ICE truck over on the other forum. I'll check mine later when I get home to my laptop, but I'm not having the popping noise issue.

Edit: Now a 2022 ICE truck, too. Looks like this is being made available across all platforms.

Is there a particular order that these should be updated - or any to stay away from?

I flashed the ACM update this morning on a Lariat ER and it seemed fine.
I'm sure it is. In my case, there are several modules that I am hesitant to update (ACM, DSP, PCM and IPMA). I'm the type of person that can't leave well enough alone, so I have added all kinds of audio/video upgrades to my truck. I have a Naviks HDMI interface module installed on my truck that is integrated directly into the ACM, so I am concerned about the changes causing some compatibility issues with the HDMI interface module. The ACM and other modules are easy enough to update, but to update the Naviks module, I would have to partially take apart my dash to get to it and plug into it directly to update it. To update the ACM or DSP, I would have to create back-ups with FORscan to revert back to the previous version if it were to mess with any of my goodies.

Same for the PCM. If I install the PCM update I have showing, it will wipe out my tune and while Livernois has the updated strategy, it just means more work to ask them for the new tune and re-flash it onto my truck. For what? To gain the warning message that let's me know if I have something plugged in to my ProPower generator? I've used it twice in the 2 years I've owned my truck. It's not worth the hassle. If Ford rams it down my throat via OTA, then I will deal it, but I'm not going to do it voluntarily. They tried to send me the PCM OTA once already, and thankfully it failed.

If I update my IPMA, then I lose my turn signal cameras while towing as well as some other goodies I had side-loaded onto my truck.

I would do the GWM module first. I don't think the rest matter as far as the sequence goes.

Always do any GWM, APIM, or TCU first (in that order) before tackling anything else.

So in this case after the GWM (assuming an APIM doesn't pop up afterward) you'd select the PCM and follow along with the scripted update that will do all of the powertrain items as a set. After that I'd do the OBCC and leave the BCM for last. You will get asked after the BCM if you want to do the TPMS relearn, just say no. You haven't done a tire rotation during your programming so there's no reason to do a TPMS relearn.
