Right here in the threads as any one of the pending builds get's released we'll know the green flag has been raisedanywhere i can get updates on that?
Radio silence from the MoCo, but it's logical that such a major plant revision and doubling + the production staff and tripling the run rate, they are being meticulous with reviews, and in matters turned up.Has Ford officially said there is a quality hold
We're all waiting. It's a "CSP" Customer Service Program. Like a recall IMO, but they're not calling it that. A soiftware upgrade and possible battery module (a single part (module) of up to 9 parts total) for some? of the approx 15K trucks sitting in Dearborn. So now we are just waiting with all the other threads for the Quality hold to be lifted? anywhere i can get updates on that?
This seems to be the issue - but the Ford phone reps are saying Trucks are still being transited out of Dearborn - which we know is not true. To me you get your information on the hold out quickly to control the message. I had a Service Rep tell me that the CSP would be resolved at the dealership. But the CSP notice says otherwise. Appreciate this forum and hope that there is clear info and messaging form Ford soon.Radio silence from the MoCo, but it's logical that such a major plant revision and doubling + the production staff and tripling the run rate, they are being meticulous with reviews, and in matters turned up.
I saw some folks determine their specific VIN was affected by the battery pack concern, however, when I look at the actual Ford notice, it doesn't list groups of VINs. My truck's "blend date" was 8/18, so where can we find what VINs were affected by the battery recall?Approx 1959 trucks affected by hardware in the battery pack, per the statement in technicals documents that about 4% are impacted by module concerns, which includes production since day one to late August [48976 trucks x 4%] , the rest are just software updates.
As of the close of build week 9/11 which should happens around 9/22 there are 11,832 trucks at the Rouge waiting to be addressed, released & shipped.
Use this link after signing into FORD.COM, search your truck VIN, it might show the CSP, but whether or not your modules/arrays need swapping is known only to FORD technicians and using tools and internal lists will they determine if the pack in your truck will need addressing.I saw some folks determine their specific VIN was affected by the battery pack concern, however, when I look at the actual Ford notice, it doesn't list groups of VINs. Do we know if it was part of the CSP? Good news that a truck is leaving for the dealer. One truck in the 8/14 build week has indicated a shipped status of 9/19/23
I don't have a VIN for it.Do we know if it was part of the CSP? Good news that a truck is leaving for the dealer.
That's some good news... albeit, one...One truck in the 8/14 build week has indicated a shipped status of 9/19/23
I confirmed that his truck is still showing the CSP for the HVB/Programming issue, if it's not done yet then I would hope it will be completed upon arrival in about 14 days transit to TXDo we know if it was part of the CSP? Good news that a truck is leaving for the dealer.
