Ah. Looks like the OTA failed for some reason and the OTA trigger got canceled. Did they provide the error code as to why it failed? If they didn't and you want to know, I can check PTS for the OTA details with your VIN.
That would be great as they just told me it would upload later. No issues were found at the dealer during the High voltage update so who knows.

There is nothing you could have done differently....this OTA would have failed no matter what. It only took a minute from the time you started the truck for the update to get rejected by your truck.

Actually, they decommissioned return processing at 7 centers including Andover, all is done in 3 locations now, Austin, KCMO & Ogden.
I'm still waiting for 6.2 & 6.3....... FoMoCo is totally haphazard with update distributions.
