Yep, except the insurance one!

What version of Ford pass?
4.30.2??
Possibly clear cache, force stop & restart to see if those actions help.
If not, uninstall, reinstall, note this might mess up your PAAK configurations if you have that on a 312A.

yes, 4.30.2-2021124 USA. Maybe these Connected Services and Privacy sections, under Account Settings, of FordPass that are not responding are part of the problem. Tried several times. Deleted cache, no change. Deleted and reinstalled FordPass App...nope, did not work any better. No Saved Location for Preferred Charging Times!

Next, I will try turning off connectivity in the truck for a day and then back on to see if it reconnects for "preferred charging times"

You can see/change at least some of the Connected Services settings via Ford's website with a browser, can't you? I think I remember finding that while trying to sign up for the original, doomed discounted monthly EA plug-and-charge plan. If I'm remembering right and you can adjust this via a browser, maybe just turn all the CS settings off then back on that way and see if the app starts to behave?

You can see/change at least some of the Connected Services settings via Ford's website with a browser, can't you?
You can view the major systems and service status' via FORD.COM [Vehicle Dashboard] but we can not adjust them, I looked at several services, they all point to making changes via the "In vehicle Connectivity Settings" on the Sync 4/4a screen

Also, trying to "View" the status's of Connected Services fails in 4.30.2 of Ford Pass, come on @Ford Motor Company this junk version of the app needs to go!

Today, before trying to redo location in truck, chatted (did not work with Firefox or Chrome, had to use Microsoft Edge!) with Ford/FordPass agent, got a case number after reinstalling app again and doing a bunch of steps with Carlos. They will get back in a few days.

Can someone provide me with a link to the Ford support site for how to set up PaaK? I've tried all the links (I believe) and they don't take me to a setup procedure. From YouTube I was expecting something like what is displayed in the attached photo... but I've got nothing. I've paired my phone, I've enabled wifi and Ford Pass seems to be working but no PaaK setup. Suggestions and links welcome.

This iteration is buggy, I'm only guessing it's part of the problem, but others have taken delivery recently and aren't complaining in massive droves at struggling with PAAK setup.

What phone hardware OS are you using?

Also try again on Monday, possibly some servers involved in PAAK validation are non-functional today.

Recent successful of PAAK installation are welcome to share experiences

Yep…4.30.2, iPhone 13, iOS 17.1. I think I’m up to date on everything…. Even the truck is showing no updates pending. I’ll take another look tomorrow as you suggest.

Well duh... I'm feeling a bit stupid this morning. I called FordPass App Support:

(800)-883-2966
9:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST (Monday-Thursday).
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST (Friday-Saturday).

After working with them for a few minutes the support person found that I didn't have BlueCruise and PaaK is part of that package. I had no idea. Oh well. I'm a little bit more educated going forward.

My bad for not looking at your signature to see your trim 510a, I often focus on the member profile notes under our avatars for clues as to who's drive what, click the arrow to reveal the details

A high percentage of folks still haven't updated after taking delivery, probably 98% don't click the arrow....... oyyyyyy
