yes, 4.30.2-2021124 USA. Maybe these Connected Services and Privacy sections, under Account Settings, of FordPass that are not responding are part of the problem. Tried several times. Deleted cache, no change. Deleted and reinstalled FordPass App...nope, did not work any better. No Saved Location for Preferred Charging Times!What version of Ford pass?

Next, I will try turning off connectivity in the truck for a day and then back on to see if it reconnects for "preferred charging times"I'm at a loss......
You can view the major systems and service status' via FORD.COM [Vehicle Dashboard] but we can not adjust them, I looked at several services, they all point to making changes via the "In vehicle Connectivity Settings" on the Sync 4/4a screenYou can see/change at least some of the Connected Services settings via Ford's website with a browser, can't you?
Let me guess, you are running FordPass 4.30.2?Can someone provide me with a link to the Ford support site for how to set up PaaK? I've tried all the links (I believe) and they don't take me to a setup procedure. From YouTube I was expecting something like what is displayed in the attached photo... but I've got nothing. I've paired my phone, I've enabled wifi and Ford Pass seems to be working but no PaaK setup. Suggestions and links welcome.
Let me guess, you are running FordPass 4.30.2?
This iteration is buggy, I'm only guessing it's part of the problem, but others have taken delivery recently and aren't complaining in massive droves at struggling with PAAK setup.
What phone hardware OS are you using?
Also try again on Monday, possibly some servers involved in PAAK validation are non-functional today.

9:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST (Monday-Thursday).
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST (Friday-Saturday).
After working with them for a few minutes the support person found that I didn't have BlueCruise and PaaK is part of that package. I had no idea. Oh well. I'm a little bit more educated going forward.
